About

Moly is a French luxury restaurant conceived around zero alcohol wine as a central expression of modern gastronomy. The brand brings together refined cuisine, carefully crafted non alcoholic wines, and a composed dining atmosphere that emphasizes clarity, taste, and presence. Every element is designed to elevate the dining ritual while maintaining a sense of restraint and sophistication.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was to position a zero alcohol wine restaurant within a luxury dining context without it being perceived as limited or secondary. The brand needed to communicate confidence, refinement, and culinary credibility while introducing a concept that challenges traditional wine culture.

The Solution

The solution focused on creating a visual and verbal identity rooted in French culinary heritage while expressing a contemporary perspective. Typography, illustration, and tone were developed to feel intentional and timeless, allowing zero alcohol wine to be presented as a considered choice rather than an alternative. The identity was designed to support menus, packaging, and spatial applications with consistency and elegance.
